Sheffield. Discovering Focusing has been a revelation to me and I am enthusiastic about supporting others to find this wonderful resource within themselves. I did my Focusing training with Peter Afford and Barbara McGavin and my particular orientation is towards the Inner Relationship Focusing and Treasure Maps to the Soul models developed by Barbara McGavin and Ann Weiser Cornell. My counselling training was Person Centred and I feel Focusing has deepened my understanding of and commitment to the Person Centred Approach. |
| What I'm doing |
I teach focusing to individuals and offer focusing sessions on a short or long term basis.
I also offer focusing oriented psychotherapy. Currently my private practice is limited to one day a week (Thursdays).
I work as a counsellor, psychotherapist and supervisor in the NHS and in private practice and am a BACP Senior Accredited Counsellor and UKCP reg. Psychodrama Psychotherapist.
