Focusing-Oriented Therapy:  As a counsellor accredited by the Counselling Society, with an integrative training, I offer long or short-term Focusing Oriented Therapy to private clients.  I also trained in Somatic Trauma Therapy with Babette Rothschild

Inner Space Workshops: I run one-day workshops in Focusing and Experiential Listening for therapists in the Bristol area, with further (usually monthly) Focusing practice sessions for therapists in groups of 3
 
I also offer 1-to-1 Focusing sessions for private clients..
