Introduction to Focusing – day 2

Introductory
This one-day course is suitable for anyone with at least one day's experience of Focusing.
This will be an experiential day. We will continue with our Focusing practice, and how to meet parts of us that are as yet unfamiliar, and also explore what it means to be a Listener for your Focusing partner.
The day will be held at Manor Barn in Canterbury, Kent: a beautiful purpose-built place of healing, less than two miles from Canterbury city centre, and easily accessible by car and bus.
