Fiona Parr

Exeter

'I became involved with Focusing 14 years ago, at a time of change in my life. I joined a peer group, and we have been meeting fortnightly since then. I consider Focusing to be my 'life support system'. It underpins my living, and my spiritual practice.

I am a Focusing Mentor, Practitioner and Teacher with the British Focusing Teachers Association (BFTA). I am a Certifying Coordinator with The Focusing Institute, and a qualified teacher of adults (PGCE). I have many years' experience of facilitating personal growth and development. I also lead workshops in Focusing with Movement and Dance, and the Transformation Game.

I incorporate Kevin McEvenue's Wholebody Focusing, and Healing Movement into my work. I am particularly interested in combining the two Focusing approaches of Inner-relationship Focusing, which develops a strong sense of presence, and Wholebody Focusing, which awakens spontaneous inner-directed movement.

What I'm doing

I offer individual sessions in Devon and on the phone

I run regular workshops and trainings, Focusing Practitioner and Teacher training programmes
