Colchester

I am a qualified Person Centred Counsellor, Focusing Oriented Therapist and Focusing Trainer (certification with the Focusing Institute). I have an independent private practise in Wivenhoe, near Colchester, where I see clients with a broad range of issues.

Throughout my life I have been interested in personal development and growth in its many forms and applications, both for my own development and that of others. I have been a meditator for over 20 years, creating my own form that I practise and teach. I am currently undertaking research for a dissertation on dreams for a MA in Focusing and Experiential Psychotherapy.

I have a Diploma in Person Centred Counselling (BACP accredited course) and a Post Graduate Diploma in Focusing and Experiential Psychotherapy

I am a Member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP), Member of Focusing Institute, Member of British Focusing Teachers Association (BFTA), Member of the National Federation of Spiritual Healers.
