Focusing has taught me the power of empathic listening
and unconditional acceptance in transforming lives and I am keen to
share what I have learnt with others.
I was first introduced to Focusing in 1996 at a Quaker conference and
as a Quaker I am interested in the connection between spiritual
development and Focusing.
I have been involved in the psychosocial wellness approach that was
developed in Afghanistan and I am exploring how this model can be used
in communities in the UK and other parts of the world including
Palestine.
I teach Focusing as a self-development tool, which is accessible to us
all.
