After a first career in Management, IT and Organisational Change programmes I became interested in Focusing many years ago to help me find out "Who am I really?". This was further accelerated when I helped my son to turn his life around:- from being barely able to read and thus unable to keep up in class at 13-14, with attendant unmanageable behaviour arising from his frustrations, he has gone on to a good degree, successful career and has recently made me a grandmother. More important than their career, to me, is that my offspring are happy and as a family we're at peace. A key part of this family transformation, integrating head and heart, came through learning to Focus and to teach Focusing to others. My original training was with BioSpiritual Focusing and I have continued to train, first as a Humanistic Change Agent and am now in the advanced stage of training as a Biodynamic Psychotherapist.
