Westminster, London Like most people I read Gendlin’s Focusing book, thought it was amazing, and then put it back on the shelf. Years later, during some grieving, a feeling washed over me and I sensed that everything would be ok, that I would be alright and survive this pain. It only lasted a few seconds but in that time I felt calm and reassured. Was this the mysterious ‘felt sense’ we perceive at a bodily level that contains an inherent wisdom? I realised it was, and from then on I immersed myself in learning Focusing. I am a qualified Focusing practitioner and am now training to be a Focusing teacher. Focusing has also added an elegant refinement to the emotional release work I practice. |

FOCUSING - AN INTRODUCTORY WORKSHOP
SPRING 2008
The workshop takes place over a weekend, Saturday 10am - 5.30pm and Sunday 10am - 5pm. Please choose one of the following weekends:
Saturday 23rd & Sunday 24th February 2008
Saturday 29th & Sunday 30th March 2008
Saturday 26th & Sunday 27th April 2008
Saturday 31st May & Sunday 1st June 2008
This introductory workshop will teach you the basic skills for using Focusing for yourself and with others.
Prices:Full fee - £110 for the weekend, Early registration discount - £90. Cheques need to be received one week before the workshop date to qualify for this discount.Concessionary rate - £70. Please provide proof of concessionary status.
Venue: Workshops will be held at my flat in Westminster, Central London. Easily accessible by public transport with free parking at the weekend.
Group sizes are small and vary between 2-5 people. Please book ahead to avoid disappointment.
To secure a place, please send a £25 non-refundable* deposit or the full fee. Cheques made payable to ‘Vijay Rana’, 10 Princess Mary House, Vincent Street, London SW1P 4HL.
*Full refund given if workshop is cancelled.
