Archetypes are from the collective unconscious.  They are recognised figures which appear in literature, films, dreams, myths and legends, the world over.  They are an innate part of the human psyche, both individually and collectively.

We have the qualities of these archetypes within us already.  This workshop will enable you to find your own individual ways of connecting with Mother Earth through playful exercises and pair work, using Focusing techniques.

This will introduce / deepen your relationship with Earth, and how this can continue to help sustain you in your everyday life.
