Focusing Community Day

Saturday 10th May – 10am-4pm in Burgess Hill (near Brighton!)
15 mins on the train from Brighton
£70 – Space for 5 people
This will be a small group in person experience where we will join together for the day to share Focusing exchanges and eat a shared lunch with options like bringing in creative/expressive methods and a walk/time in nature.
We will take time for sharing in the group and to work with a theme or themes such as Focusing with a current personal development issue, Focusing and your values/a life project, Focusing as a relational resource.
Themes and areas for exploration and sharing can also emerge during the day and in response to participants interests.
There are limited spaces and this day will take place in an informal environment so do get in touch soon if you want to book on to this.
To attend, you would need to have done an Introduction to Focusing weekend or equivalent. If you would like to attend but have not done this have an Intro course running in March or we can arrange a one to one session or sessions in advance of the day.
