Behind the Curtain: A Sneak Preview of The Older Women’s Self-Appreciation Society
Free session | January cohort preview | 1-2pm Thursday 11th December 2025
The Older Women’s Self-Appreciation Society is a gathering place for intelligent, mature women ready to stop believing what our youth-focused culture says about what’s valuable, and start living in alignment with their real worth.
It’s a 9 week programme, incorporating Focusing-based listening practices with radical self-appreciation, and begins on 17th January 2026.
This free intro class (11th December 2025) will give you a sneak preview of what we’ll be doing and learning in the programme. So you can see what the Society is really like. And decide for yourself if this is where your next chapter begins.
This hour, and the program itself, is where you practice living from the inside out – the kind of change that shows up in decisions, actions, and the life you actually want to lead.
This is not. a. sales. webinar. No hype. No fluff.
Just one hour of real experience: the tone, the pace, the depth, the questions that matter – so you can decide with clarity.
What happens in this free class:
- a retelling of the Inuit story of Sedna, weaving new insights into what it can tell us about the turning points of midlife
- A grounded orientation : what the Society is and how it works
- A lived taste of the work: feel it, don’t just hear about it
- A walk-through of the eight-week arc: clear, practical
- A group discussion around appreciation, how it’s different from gratitude, and why that’s vitally important as we age
- A sneak preview of some of the materials and one of the exercises we’ll be working with
- Straight answers to your questions: no pressure, no hype
