Focusing is about developing a sensitive, moment-to-moment awareness of the body’s implicit, holistic knowing of a situation. It can bring fresh insight, emotional ease, and a deeper sense of connection with yourself.
Focusing also offers a practical way for people in the helping professions, e.g. therapists, coaches, bodyworkers, to deepen both their presence and the effectiveness of their work.
In this 1.5 hour Taster and Q+A, we will offer a brief experiential introduction to this powerful inner listening process, and answer questions about the London Focusing training and approach.
- Discover how to tune into your body’s subtle, intuitive knowing
- Meet some of the London Focusing team and get a feeling for our approach
- See if the 2-day Introduction to Focusing workshop is for you
- Ask questions about our full 2-year training to become a Focusing Oriented Therapist / Focusing Professional
The session is open to newcomers and those who already know Focusing (a little or a lot).
