We’ll create a space, to emerge from the dark months of winter, as we step into the budding springtime.

You can look forward to deepening your connection to: the wisdom within yourself; and to your own creativity.

Your Facilitators

Bethany shares her passion for creativity, through writing and poetry for well-being, is a published Author and Focusing Teacher

Paula shares her passion for supporting growth as a Psychotherapist & Focusing Teacher. She is a long time practicing yogi and yoga teacher. She has a background in Holistic Therapy, Shiatsu Massage and Traditional Chinese Medicine.

Timings

Arrival time will be Friday 27 February, 2026 for 4pm

Departure will be about 4pm on Sunday 1 March after our afternoon session and closing circle

Meals are included from Friday evening to Sunday lunchtime

Cost

Shared room is £290

Single room is £375

This may be secured with a deposit of £75 for shared room and £125 for a single room with full balance payable before midnight 8 January 2026

Shared / Single rooms on a first come first served basis as there are limited numbers of each type.

Schedule

During our days together,  we will have creative sessions which incorporate Focusing, Creative Writing and Poetry

The environment we are in lends itself to these sessions inside or outside in nature

No Focusing experience is necessary.

There will also be free time to rest and enjoy the environment.

Dove Farm Cottages

This location is a cluster of exceptionally comfortable cottages with cosy lounges, in the heart of the Derbyshire Countryside.

This space lends itself to a cosy winter/spring gathering.

With a maximum number of 10 participants

It is situated on a working farm with nearby country and riverside walks.
