It is the perfect place to take time out, rest, recharge your batteries and then see how all of this influences your experience of focusing. As Eugene Gendlin says:
“Your body needs the rest. Once your body is allowed to be itself, un-cramped, it has the wisdom to deal with your problems.”
Costs: The retreat fee is £150 to Kay plus a donation to the venue for your accommodation, meals and refreshments. The suggested venue donation is £208 – you are invited to give what you can.
Travel: The venue is easily accessible by road or rail. The nearest rail station is Atherstone and there is a direct train from London Euston.
