Introduction
I am a BACP registered counsellor who integrates the principles of Focusing into my counselling practice. I am passionate about supporting clients in 'turning inwards' towards their experiencing and also to listening to the parts of themselves.

My background in Focusing
I was first introduced to Eugene Gendlin's work through my counselling studies in 2018. This led me to studying the Certificate in Counselling in 2019 followed by the Practitioner training in 2020/21 with Peter Gill. I have particular experience in working with the 'inner critic', low self esteem and anxiety.
