Introduction

Focusing is a key to unlocking a natural human inheritance. Through this gentle and transformative approach, I've learned that we can be at home with ourselves, whatever the outer circumstances of our lives, and grow more skilled at welcoming both challenges and joys, as new possibilities unfold.

What services do I offer?

I currently offer the following services, online via Zoom, in English and French

- Individual Focusing sessions
- Introductory Focusing short workshops
- Introductory Focusing Skills course (Level 1)

Feel free to contact me at presencefocusing [at] gmail.com
I'll be happy to answer any questions about how we might work together

My background in Focusing

I first encountered Focusing on a website by chance in 2014 and immediately felt a "yes!" inside that this was something I wanted to know more about. As a poet, I realised that I had often been focusing in my writing process without knowing it, in the search to find the right words to articulate an unclear feeling and the inner bodily certainty that came when they matched.

Since then I have been fortunate to experience Focusing in many forms (Wholebody Focusing, Thinking at the Edge, Domain Focusing, Children Focusing…) with many inspiring teachers and continue to deepen my own Focusing practice, individually and in groups and partnerships.

My growing interest in Focusing very naturally led me to want to become a Focusing Practitioner myself, to be able to share the joy and wonder of Focusing with more people. I am also currently training as a Focusing Trainer with René Veugelers and Harriët Teeuw.
