Deepen the art of listening to yourself and another
Relate to yourself and others with freshness, emotional intelligence, and an open heart.
In this gentle and meditative process, both the Focuser and the listener provide a deeply welcoming space for whatever arises. The Focusing way of being in contact with your ‘body’, with your inner sense of something, opens up insights, a knowing that is much deeper and vaster than the emotional and mental dimensions alone can offer.
What will you learn in this course?
Step by step, you will deepen the following skills through simple felt sensing and deep listening exercises.
- You will listen without judgment as you tune deeply into your own or your partner’s experience
- You will listen with every cell of your body, with your whole being, and in deep acceptance
- You will learn to remain Self in Presence with whatever shows up
- You will learn to express your needs skillfully, respectfully, and honestly
- In this safe space, you can allow yourself to be seen while being authentically yourself
Develop compassion and tap into your deepest knowing by learning to cultivate, maintain, or re-establish a friendly, curious relationship with yourself and others.
