Focusing Skills Certificate Workshop/Event
This online workshop is the second module of a five-module Focusing Skills course. In it we will continue to practise Focusing ourselves and will also explore and practise more the skills of being a Focusing companion. There willl be plenty of practice in pairs or threes and opportunities forquestions, discussion and group exercises. If you would like to join this module and have not done Module 1 with me or another teacher, I would recommend that you book at least one individual session with me beforehand.
The workshop will take place over four mornings from 10.00 am – 1.00 pm, on Saturday 17th, Sunday 18th, Saturday 24th and Sunday 25th October 2026.
The cost is £140 for the four mornings, concessionary rate £95. If you would like to attend but are unable to pay the concessionary rate, please contact me. Do also contact me if you would like an individual session or sessions.
