A one day (10am-5pm) in-person workshop for people who already know how to Focus and companion. Cost £50 (£25 concs).

The term ‘heartfelt conversation’ comes from Relational Wholebody Focusing (RWBF) which was developed by Kevin McEvenue and Karen Whalen. For more information about RWBF and heartfelt conversation see Ruth Friedman’s article ‘An Introduction to Relational Wholebody Focusing’ in the March 2020 issue of the BFA newsletter https://www.focusing.org.uk/wp-content/uploads/2020/05/BFA-NEWSLETTER-March-2020.pdf

The workshop will include a demonstration of establishing grounded presence as a basis for entering into heartfelt conversation, and several opportunities for having interactive sessions with different partners, both open-ended and including a topic or theme.

There will be maximum of 12 places available on the workshop. Please complete a booking form and pay the full amount for the workshop to reserve a place. I will confirm your place on the workshop on receipt of both form and payment. Contact
