I am a BFA Certified Focusing Practitioner and an IFI Certified Focusing Trainer. I support people exploring their personal relationships and Financial Freedom. I practice Nonviolent Communication (NVC) which I integrate with Focusing to work with groups for social change and in conflict mediation.
What services do I offer?
I use Focusing with groups and individuals for Transforming Conflict facilitation.
I use Focusing with Ecotherapy at the Forest Farm Peace Garden where I am a Buddy Volunteer. Ecotherapy is a formal type of therapeutic treatment involving doing outdoor activities in nature, also known as nature therapy or green therapy.
I offer Focusing to help people gain support for life issues including relationships, business and money coaching, by tuning into what is alive in a gentle and friendly way within a Focusing session.
I also offer 1-1 Focusing teaching, or individual Focusing sessions.
My background in Focusing
I discovered Focusing in 2017 and found it was so much more than a way to deal with past trauma and feeling stuck and trapped in life.
It helped free me from unrewarding work that left me feeling empty, and guided me towards work that is nourishing and in service of life and my needs.
I have a background in Nonviolent Communication (NVC) having studied and practiced for some years, and weave NVC and Focusing together for a richer and deeper interconnected human experience.
Focusing has made me comfortable in my own skin, and has brought me joy, pleasure and lasting love.
I completed my Focusing Foundation Course with K2.
I completed my Practitioner Course with Kay Hoffman.
I completed a course with Beatrice Blake on Generating a Culture of Peace:
How Nonviolent Communication and Focusing Enhance Each Other.
I Teach Focusing and have regular practice and coaching Focusing sessions.
I host a regular London Focusing Peer Practice Group.
I have completed a Think Different Course with Nada Lou,
based on Eugene Gendlin's practice of Thinking At The Edge.
