Introduction

Having practised meditation for years and being a mindfulness teacher, I luckily found focusing. To me focusing is a gateway to self-acceptance and self-compassion. It is in the spirit of 'everything is welcome' that I now share focusing and mindfulness with others.

What services do I offer?

I am a focusing practitioner.

I offer 1:1 sessions in person and online (Zoom/Skype) or by phone.

I am a Shiatsu practitioner and focusing greatly influences my practice.

I teach compassion based mindfulness, and focusing very much informs the spirit of enquiry in the way I teach.

My background in Focusing

I have been a Shiatsu practitioner for many years and love it. It helped walk the long journey home to my body.
I have been a practising Buddhist in the Tibetan tradition for over 20 years and in my winding path I found my way to mindfulness training. I teach Mindfulness Based Living Courses and also run workshops in mindfulness for stress and resilience in the workplace and in life.
I trained in Focusing with Kay Hoffmann and have found focusing to be a huge gift to my life in how I relate to myself and to others. Focusing has transformed contentment from a goal to a way of being that is possible, something I value beyond words and I love being able to share the gift of focusing with others.
