What services do I offer?

I currently offer one to one focusing sessions online. I am an artist, a dream worker, and a Christian Sufi, and these ways of being both enliven me, and support my work with you. We can work with your dreams, creativity and spirituality, or simply with your body and your life circumstances. Or a mixture of both ! I also have experience and capacity for being with you, or your relatives around the end of life, and I also particularly welcome that work.

My background in Focusing

I have done all kinds of trainings, as well as tried all manner of modalities personally, but when I found focusing (as if by chance :) it felt like such a relief ! My subsequent focusing training has been with Peter Gill, and has transformed my attitude and capacity in other areas of my life and work. I continue to learn in this realm, it is such a beautiful, simple, transformative place.
