Introduction

I love the compassion, the freshness, the insight that comes from focusing. I'm especially interested in focusing with regards: creativity, dreams and grief.

What services do I offer?

Guided one to one focusing sessions
Teaching groups Modules 1 & 2 of the Foundation Skills
Teaching focusing on themes of creativity / archetypes / grief.

My background in Focusing

I qualified as a Focusing Teacher in 2025 and Focusing Practitioner in 2024, but have been focusing and attending various courses since 2018.

As a poet and a creative writing tutor, I love using focusing in these areas. And having been bereaved as a child, I'm particularly interested with working with the bereaved.

Focusing is also great for dreams, resourcing yourself, exploring spirituality.

I'm continuously excited to find out more and more about the wide variety and depth of focusing.
