My background in Focusing

My original training was in Person-Centred Counselling. I picked up various methods of working along the way and I found Focusing to be fascinating and most useful in my job running a small counselling charity for young people in Bradford. When I retired I began teaching Focusing to groups. Now Focusing is included in my training for therapists who work with complex trauma.

I have found Focusing to be a very spiritual practice and it blends seamlessly into my other spiritual activities, such as Shamanism and meditation
