Introduction

Creative practice and Focusing are perfect companions. Images can be made in a Focusing way, and Focusing can be enriched by creative responses. It is this fertile ground of cross pollination, where the two practices enrich each other, that I am especially interested in sharing

What services do I offer?

I offer a practical approach to exploring the Focusing Journey through image making. You might already see yourself as a creative person, or perhaps the last time you made pictures was when you were a child, or you feel rusty. All welcome. I lead group sessions that are themed around befriending the inner critical voices that emerge during the creative possess. Maybe you have a symbol or talisman you would like to make, or a powerful Focusing experience you would like to record and honour. A session could include a creative element, or a series of sessions could include a mixture of Focusing and creative sessions. Or perhaps you would like to simply learn the Focusing and then see where that leads you. You're inquiries are very welcome.
I have been leading creative workshops for 25 years. You can get a sense of my work at www.colettecameronartist.co.uk
