Introduction

My name is Dieter, I am German 67 years old living in the Canary Islands. I first met Focusing through Ann's book “Radical Acceptance of Everything” after my stroke in 2021 and decided to learn it as part of my recovery. My goal is living a Focusing life and support others on their Focusing journey.

What services do I offer?

I offer mentoring and guided one-one-one online Focusing sessions to individuals who want to practice (IRF style) Focusing and deepen their practice or inner work on particular themes.

One of the topics I feel I can be of service is deep listening.

Of course I offer to support you in case you have questions, doubts or simply need someone to support your Focusing journey.

I am fluent in German, English and Spanish, so, I am open to offer my services in these 3 languages.

My background in Focusing

Most of my training I have done with Peter Gill, the Skills Couse and my PT training as well. I am very interested in Untangling, completed the one year Getting Free Untangling online training and I am in the process repeating it. I am interested in Focusing on the Positive and Social Oriented Focusing (SOF) as well. My goal and practice are: Living a focusing life.
