My background in Focusing
I discovered Focusing during a period of grief. It was a relief to find a space which embraced and accepted everything around what I was feeling. Focusing is life changing. It is a place of constant surprises, much laughter and an ever increasing sense of self-acceptance and self-compassion.
My practice has been deeply influenced by some inspirational teachers to whom I owe a huge debt of gratitude: Peter Gill, Kay Hoffman, Akira Ikemi, Peter Afford, and Ann Weiser Cornell.
