Bristol BS1, UK
- Wholebody Focusing
- Nature connection
I love sharing focusing and helping you make sense of the strands of your life and finding a way forward that feels right at a deeper level. I value the peace that can come from living life in the inner-directed way.
What services do I offer?
I teach and use focusing in one to one sessions and small groups, both online and in person in Bristol and North Somerset.
I have lead Focusing workshops including:
Finding your Inner Voice (Introduction to Focusing)
Practises for Joy
Focusing and the 12 Steps of AA (and other Recovery programmes)
I am interested in using Focusing to make conscious, inner-directed choices around work and personal finance, parenting and relationships. I have long-term experience of working with neurodiverse individuals, including ADD and ADHD.
My background in Focusing
I have been Focusing since 2014 and completed Practitioner training in 2018.
The depth of relationship, warmth and connection that is possible through Focusing relationships has been highly supportive and sustaining personally and I love sharing that with others.
My recent Focusing pointed me towards writing as a habit and tool that might resource me in parenting during this tricky time. I truly believe Life reveals what we need, as and when we’re ready for it.
BFA Certified Focusing Practitioner, 2018, with Kay Hoffmann and Peter Gill.
BA (Hons) English Literature, 2005
How do I practice?
Thank you so very much again for the workshop experience! I can totally understand the alignment [with meditation] now and why my meditation teacher has spoken of it before. I thought that the way you structured the workshop was very good, plenty of experiential work.
