Introduction

AuDHD Focusing-oriented coach, supervisor and hypnosis practitioner, supporting highly sensitive and neurodivergent people. I weave creative practices with a WayPower “wayfinding” approach, supporting people to connect and listen to their felt sense and inner knowing by learning Focusing.

What services do I offer?

WayPower is the name I give to my Focusing-oriented, neurodivergent-affirming approach. When you're stuck in overwhelm or burnout, a map is meaningless. Through Focusing, you can navigate your way back to your true self, like a wayfinder with an inner compass.

With WayPower, I combine Focusing with my background in positive psychology, ADHD specialist coaching, indirect hypnosis and coaching supervision. This allows me to support clients and supervisees in tracking the subtle felt sense of their experience while also attending to nervous system safety, trauma sensitivity and practical next steps.

I believe that Focusing is especially supportive if you’re AuDHD, ADHD, Autistic and/or highly sensitive (HSP) and/or have chronic health conditions.
I offer 1:1 and group WayPower coaching and courses, alongside Focusing-oriented coaching, hypnotherapy and supervision. This could look like:

* Focusing-oriented 1:1 sessions to deepen connection with the felt sense and inner compass, online and in person
* Neurodivergent-affirming coaching for AuDHD, ADHD, Autistic and highly sensitive people, with a special focus on late-identified adults
* Focusing-informed supervision for practitioners and coaches who work with neurodivergent or highly sensitive clients
* One-off WayPower “wayfinding” sessions, helping people navigate life transitions and daily challenges using embodied intuition rather than willpower
* Guided creative, gentle practices such as journaling, imagery, metaphor, visual mapping woven into Focusing to support integration and self-expression
* Arts-based coaching and/or supervision with Focusing
* Hypnotherapy combined with Focusing to support nervous system regulation, habit change and self-trust.

I also teach Focusing skills on a 1:1 basis and sometimes in groups. I can work over the phone, online and in person in Deal, East Kent. The beach and nearby woods offer a wonderful Focusing holding presence.

My background in Focusing

I’m a single parent and business owner, with two neurodivergent teens who’ve struggled within the school system. Learning Focusing during the pandemic with my Focusing Teacher, Kay Hoffmann, offered me a way of living I needed, that was sustainable, responsive, and flexible. I felt I had come home and had found a practice that honoured and held both my lived reality and my desire for change.

For my Focusing project, I practised combining Focusing and Clean Language with my secondary mentory, Nora Larimar. I developed my WayPower 12-part framework as part of my project, alongside my 3-month group programme, *Find your WayPower*, which enables people to chart their own course out of burnout, using the felt sense, with compassion and deep understanding.

Over my lifetime, I've had diagnoses of depression, generalised anxiety, bulimia, fibromyalgia and burnout at various times from my late teens to my early fifties. But the focus of treatment was always on symptom management, "learning to cope" and occasionally a new medication. I kept thinking that there had to be more to life than this.

My ADHD and Autism diagnoses helped me understand my differently-wired brain and nervous system. But it's been Focusing that has enabled me to find my WayPower and create a life that truly works for me.

As a Focusing Practitioner, I draw on my own AuDHD and highly sensitive lived experience to hold space for others to discover their own gentle, spacious way of turning toward what is happening inside with kindness and curiosity. I guide them towards felt-sensing their next action step towards more ease, and sustainability in their ways of living and working.

Supporting mentor

As a Supporting Mentor, I offer a steady, spacious companionship where all of you is welcome, especially the parts that feel unsure, tender, masked or not‑yet‑ready‑for‑words. I’m alongside you as a wayfinder companion, listening with you for the small inner signals and body‑felt nudges that show which direction wants attention next, so your way of practising can grow like a path that forms under your feet: grounded, sustainable and genuinely your own. As a recently qualified practitioner, I know how it feels to be in the “messy middle” of a Focusing project, with many live threads and no single clear map, and I’ve discovered how Focusing and peer consultative support can gently hold all of this – the ideas, the stuckness, the overwhelm and the aliveness – while you sense what wants to come next. I would love to offer that same kind of companioning to you as you stay with what is most alive in you and your project and felt‑sense your own next step towards completeness.

Testimonials

“As I chart my own course through burnout, I feel so supported by our group and the kinship and care. I will not mask anymore or use these ancient coping strategies that don't work for me.

The WayPower group programme is so original. There’s nothing like it in the ADHD landscape, and it’s giving me this expansive, creative, visionary, optimistic way of seeing myself. WayPower is about finding your true north, using your strengths, and learning a new language for emotions. It’s been like a homecoming for me. The difference is life-changing.”

“The ease of being in the WayPower group has been huge. I have not been tired. I have not been headachy. I have not been in pain. I have just been able to be here and that has been huge….It was so joyful for me to see you all today, a real bright spot in my week and in my burnout journey. My heart feels full with love and compassion and care that I have received and that is huge for me.”

“The way Kaye facilitates the WayPower group is deeply sensitive, empathetic and respectful. The programme is a very unique and engaging experience and the content is richly creative. I find the sessions meaningful and to be invited to come as you are unmasked is priceless. I leave each week feeling energised, inspired, reflective.”

“The name WayPower really resonated. All my life I’ve had to use an impossible amount of willpower to try and shoehorn my life and my way of living into neurotypical advice that simply doesn't work for me. And there isn’t enough willpower in the world for that.

The WayPower programme was the best thing I’ve done in a very, very long time. Kaye’s radical acceptance gave me a safe place from the start. The sense of community was palpable, and frankly, life-changing.”

“It’s mindblowing, just being in a room with people where I don't have to explain myself. I don't have to pretend to be somebody I'm not, I don't have to put on a certain way of being.

I think it's such a fundamentally important thing that we are allowed our depth of feeling. Such a creative, healing place created and curated by you, Kaye, thank you. The synchronicity with such an incredible group is beautiful, I keep smiling.”

"Kaye is full of kindness, encouragement, inspiration, wisdom and new ways of looking at things and creates a nurturing safe space to connect with others in the group sessions I have been doing.

At last there are some answers and a new, more authentic way for me to try being me!

"Before the WayPower Time course, I felt unhappy, lost, disconnected, with very low self-esteem. What made the biggest difference was when I properly understood that time was a modern construct and realised that there was a different way of understanding it.

I feel lighter and less physically bullied by the tiny increments of time in the working day. I feel I’ve been shown through a door and instead of another room, there's a whole world. I'm sitting looking at the vista, with my back to the closed door, trying to work out how to build what I see into my life."
