Introduction

Focusing for me is like a tree with branches pointing at the universe. A way of coming home, a door opening up to the possibility of Love emerging towards us when we most needed.
I offer Focusing alone or as a companion in the process of inquiry as an NVC Trainer and Plant Healing Practitioner.

What services do I offer?

Focusing one-to-one sessions accompaniment and training.
Group training on Focusing skills year long course in Spanish and English.

Focusing and Healing
I offer one to one sessions on Sacred Plant Healing as a community Herbalist, offering a space for nature connection in my home in the West of Ireland.
Individual one-to-one on Sacred healing accompaniment through focusing, supporting individuals and/or groups in their own connection journey, holding space for emergent forward next steps.

Focusing in Nature
Individual one to one sessions on nature connection and communication, wholebody focusing and grounding.
Meditation in nature, Focusing retreats including plant connection.




My background in Focusing

I was introduced to Focusing about 12 years ago on an NVC training with Simon McKibbin in a number of foundation training for about 5 years. Focusing and training for a number of years with Simon in group retreats sharing Focusing and NVC, dancing between the two as supportive and interdependent models.
Practitioner training with Kay Hoffman.
