Introduction

I've been a Focusing practitioner since 2012, and use it within my counselling and supervision practice, and in creative writing.

What services do I offer?

I'm a counsellor, supervisor, facilitator, and tutor on the MSc in Creative Writing for Therapeutic Purposes and Practitioner Certificate with the Metanoia Institute.

My background in Focusing

I trained initially with Fiona Parr, and then did my Practitioner training at the University of East Anglia, so I'm a Focusing Trainer, and a Focusing Oriented Therapist.
My masters dissertation looked at the use of creative writing with Focusing in counselling.

Qualifications

MSc in Counselling, MA in Creative Writing, Diploma in Supervision. Post Grad Certificate in Focusing Oriented Psychotherapy. (amongst others)
