Introduction
My role as a Person Centred Counsellor, Holistic Therapist and Focusing Practitioner is so rewarding as I see people making the shifts to become unstuck. Empowering ourselves brings a sense of ease to life. From personal experience I know that Focusing can help with this shift

I have a private practice in Leek, North Staffs. I see people face to face for Counselling and Focusing

I studied my initial Focusing in Amsterdam with Ria van Hage https://www.i-focus-school.nl/
I have completed my practitioner and Teacher training in the UK with Peter Gill
I offer Focusing Skills certificate course online and in person, please go to Courses and events.
I regularly offer free 'Taste of Focusing sessions' online, with themes such as decision making, Managing pain, so that you can experience Focusing and how it may benefit you.
I regularly hold in person introductory sessions at gatherings and festivals.
My passion for Focusing developed as I was receiving it in Psychotherapy sessions. Embodying what I was feeling helped me to move on.

Supporting mentor
I am so passionate about Focusing that I love to mentor others who are deepening on their path. Lots of questions arrive on our Focusing journey so it is really helpful to have another experienced Focuser to discuss these with.
