Introduction

I am a BACP registered Counsellor and work for the past 9 years in private practice in Chalfont St Peter, Buckinghamshire.

My background in Focusing

I was first intruduced to Eugene Gendlin's work through my counselling studies in 2011. This led me then a few years later to undertake the Postgraduate Certificate in Focusing Oriented Psychotherapy. I integrate the concepts and ideas and practice of focusing into my work with clients. Over the years my experience of focusing and my thinking around it has developed and 'grown' and continues to do so.

Qualifications

Postgraduate Certificate in Focusing Oriented Psychotherapy, University of East Anglia

Certified Focusing Professional and Focusing Trainer (with the International Focusing Institute, New York)
