Hello, I’m Sky.
I’m a gentle spirit on a powerful journey.
A great lover of Mother Earth I am passionate about focusing,
healing, helping, and inspiring people to step
into their lives and realise it is themselves
they have been looking for.

What services do I offer?

I have been working with energy and healing for over 20 years. Over this time I have studied many things. Herbology, midwifery, homeopathy, energy healing of different types, intuition, mysteries, neuroscience, and more.
I am currently a Reiki Master of 20 years, Focusing Practitioner, Intuitive healer and Wise Woman.

Interestingly the work has been calling me to evolve with it. It is asking me to combine the energy healing, focusing, intuition, and heart healing to help people heal. It is very interactive and brings people to a different level of healing where they take an active role in the process. It feels like a beautiful way forward where people are more empowered in their own lives and healing. I am blessed to be a witness to it.

What I am offering here is focusing sessions in the ‘traditional’ way. Which is nothing short of amazing!!! I love focusing, building trust, being with people as the felt senses unfold, and companioning in deep presence.

My background in Focusing

I would say I am a natural focuser. Being very empathic, I have always felt things very deeply. What I love about focusing is there is a way to be with those feelings and felt senses that help them to be felt and heard in a way which is loving and gentle. It has helped me in so many ways.
I have been focusing for a few years, starting with the skills course then the practitioner course. I am a certified BFA Focusing Practitioner.
