Focusing Skills Certificate
The first of 5 courses in FOT designed to introduce therapists to focusing for both their professional and personal development. In this course we explore Focusing as a natural process, Focusing-oriented therapy, how clients use therapy, experiencing levels and therapeutic outcomes, spotting and facilitating deeper experiencing levels through deepening conversations, through reflective listening and deepening proposition, introduction to guided focusing for personal growth and development.Also includes Focusing partnerships , and further resources in FOT.
As this course is being taught in my home there are a maximum of 4 people per course. The cost is £125 per person for a 2 day course including a comprehensive set of notes and 12 Hour CPD certificate. Also includes tea- coffee and biscuits, but does not include lunch or accommodation.
This course can be attended as a stand alone course, or can be the first of 5 training course. This course also counts towards the British Focusing Association Skills Certificate for Peer Partnerships which is awarded on completion of 5 weekends of Focusing Training Levels 1-5.
