This is for you if you have focusing experience and would like to explore the edges of your understanding and experience to expand into a deeper knowing and wisdom. Preferably you would have completed the Focusing skills BFA course, or equal.
In deepening our appreciation and skills we are taking a playful look at some of the core themes that are present both culturally, globally and universally, as Humans on this planet. These themes will allow us the material to frame the exploration and development of our felt-senses
Start April 4th – May 23rd 2023 (8 x 2 hr weekly sessions broken up into x 2, four week modules).
You can join on week two, discounting the first session.
