The first of 5 courses in FOT designed to introduce therapists to focusing for both their professional and personal development. In this course we explore Focusing as a natural process, and Focusing-oriented therapy, how clients use therapy, how to spotting and facilitating higher experiencing levels, and guided focusing for personal growth and development.
The cost is £125 for the two days, and includes notes and a 12 Hour CPD certificate.
