Practitioner Course: “Tell me, what is it you plan to do with your one wild and precious life?” — Mary Oliver

20th March 2025 - 19th March 2026 Zoom Online

Professional Training Workshop/Event

‘What if, with your one wild and precious life, you could pause and turn inward to sense what truly stirs within? Could you gently listen to the felt sense arising, guiding you toward clarity and depth? In each moment, might you discover new paths by attuning to what only your body knows? And what if this attentive presence, cultivated through Focusing, is the doorway to living fully, in harmony with yourself and the world?’ Mary Oliver.
