This two-day (Friday/Saturday) course is open to anyone who has already attended an introductory workshop in Focusing and listening. It provides an opportunity for you to deepen your own Focusing experience and to become a more connected, spacious companion. We will also look at ways of bringing the treasures of Focusing into our everyday lives.
