This section welcomes those wishing to refresh companioning skills.

10 Weeks Deeper Listening. 25  hours

Learn how to companion in Focusing with active feedback and gentle guiding. Foundations in Focusing is a prerequisite to this course. Completion of part 11 with certificate allows full membership to the Irish Focusing network and BFA Skills Certificate

• Offering guiding suggestions to a focuser
