A five-part BFA-certified Focusing Skills course offering flexible, standalone modules. Completion of all modules leads to BFA certification in Focusing Skills, supporting personal growth, healing, and professional development.

Course 1

- Time: 7:00 pm – 8:30 pm GMT (evening)
Course 2
- Dates: Tuesdays, Dec 2, 2025 – Feb 10, 2026
- Time: 7:00 pm – 8:30 pm GMT (evening)

- Standard: £175 (8 weeks)
