Focusing Skills Certificate
A space is provided to explore your own use of focusing in your personal and professional development. Also develops your listening and focusing skills with an in depth look at developing your 'core self' in relations to the Inner Critic. We also have a brief look configurations of self and trauma. Also covered is an introduction to Resource-Oriented Focusing. Includes a comprehensive set of notes, including a Trauma Handout for clients. Training methods include teaching, experiential exercises, small group and pair work. Cost £125 for the weekend, includes a 12 Hour CPD certificate and notes.
