This is an in person, weekend course on the first module of Focusing. Saturday and Sunday 5th and 6th Sept, 10am – 4pm. £165, concessions available.
A small group in the lovely town of Shrewsbury. Come and learn the first foundation module of Focusing, in a gentle and spacious way. Tea and snacks provided. Please bring your own lunch.
