Weekend course in Bristol: An experiential, in person, small group workshop for those new to Focusing and companioning.
Saturday 26th / Sunday 27th March in Westbury-on-Trym, Bristol
Your body has so much to tell you – but it’s hard to hear under the thoughts, talk and habits of daily life.
This workshop will give you chance to drop more deeply into your body’s knowing and receive the wisdom held there.
You will have many opportunities to try Focusing and make a gentle start in being with another while they Focus.
No previous experience needed for this introductory workshop.
You’ll have a chance to
– learn to rest more fully and deeply
– Be more at ease with yourself and your body
– Attune to your physical body and environment
– Hear what your deepest nature wants you to know
This is the first of a short series of workshops which will give a foundation of many aspects of Focusing.
Held in the tranquil and historic setting of The Well Centre, Elsie Briggs House in Westbury-on-Trym.

About me: I have been Focusing since 2014 and qualified by the British Focusing Association (BFA) as a Focusing Practitioner in 2018. Finding Focusing was a real ‘Aha!’ moment in my life – it felt like a key to greater authenticity in my relationship with myself and others, giving me courage to be more honest and real. Focusing and the wonderful community of Focusers have both deeply enriched my life.
