Course Overview:
This BFA-certified Focusing Skills course includes five standalone modules that develop Focusing skills. Completing all five fulfills BFA certification, supporting personal growth, creativity, and healing.
Jump on any level to join and complete the cycle of 5 module-levelos to BFA certify.
