LFI is a community of people who are learning, practicing, and teaching Focusing. We are both teachers and students of Focusing, offering a space for anyone to learn this simple, natural and profound experiential process.
We offer Focusing introductions and full courses for the general public and for professionals. Early 2016 we began another full 2-year course for certification as a Focusing Oriented Therapist. Our teaching team offers introductory workshops and we also work with activist and social change/community groups, teaching them experiential listening and Focusing to use in their movements. Contact
