Kay Hoffmann

This 3-day residential event is open to certified Focusing Practitioners and Teachers. It will provide an opportunity to meet with fellow practitioners for encouragement, input, inspiration and support in the beautiful surroundings of the Purley Chase Centre – a peaceful, rural venue with stunning grounds, comfortable rooms and delicious food!

How will it be to meet in-person again after all this time? We will go gently on this retreat, pausing often to sense how it feels to be together and what is needed to create an environment of kindness, acceptance and unintrusive curiosity.

The event will include:

• Plenty of focusing time
• Input, sharing and exploration of alive themes
• Time to reflect on your own unique gifts, strengths and direction
• Early morning yoga and/or meditation (optional!)
• Space for resting, walks and socialising

 Venue:  The Purley Chase Centre, Warwickshire (nearest station Atherstone).

 Times:   We begin with an evening meal at 6.30pm on Friday and end after lunch on Monday (lunch will be served at 1pm – departures around 2pm).

 Cost:  Retreat fee – £160 (or pay what you can) payable to Kay.

             Venue fee – payable directly to Purley Chase. Suggested donation for 3 nights’ accommodation, meals and refreshments:

Single en suite room £168; Dormitory room with shared bathroom £138.
