Wild Belonging

11th September 2024 - 15th September 2024 Polperro, Cornwall

Specialist Workshop/Event

A four day focusing retreat in nature

We belong to the natural world just as much as a the crow or deer, yet somehow we have forgotten this. We have found ourselves disconnected from our home and from all that sustains us. We have forgotten our place in the more than human world. This immersive retreat will invite us to learn again how to listen and converse with the natural world, we will learn how to listen to it’s wisdom. Using nature connection practices and the embodied practice of Focusing, and all held in community, we will find again our place in the bigger family of things.
